Handout booklet - this 2.5MB PDF on Dropbox includes all the handouts in order except the bibliography and the Babies Need Words Every Day booklist brochure. It is not a very high quality copy, but legible and more efficient than printing all of the above handouts separately if you are printing them for your own use and not to distribute in your library.
